Chando is a resident of New York City. Chando began her acting profession at Manhattan College. Chando was the very first Maddie Coleman of the television soap show As World Changes. In addition, she appeared in two episodes of American comedy-drama show Glory Daze as Annabelle. Her credits include Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
